Key Features

  • Islamic Mode: Financing to be provided on Islamic concept of ‘Musawamah’
  • Financing Amount: Maximum upto Rs. 3,500,000 inclusive of Taxes as per Govt Regulations
  • Security Collateral: Post dated cheques & personal guarantee
  • Installation will be conducted by our technical partner, ‘M/S FAMN Shine Co’
  • Documentation and processing fee to be bourne by customer

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Pakistani Citizen
  • Residence Ownership: Property where solar has to be installed must be owned by applicant. If the place is owned by an immediate family member(*1), in such case house owner(s) will become co-applicant(*2). In case of 2 or more owners of property, each & every owner will become co-applicant.
  • Age of Applicant: Minimum 20 years and maximum 58 years or upto the age of retirement at the time of maturity. For business persons, it is between 30 – 60 years.
  • Have a good credit history (Clean CIB)
  • Available for on-grid systems, off-grid systems, and hybrid systems. The facility covers the cost of solar panels & its allied products, inverters and mounting structures but does not cover the cost of batteries, net metering and /or KE Nepra cost. Such additional cost to be borne by customers directly.
  • Once the proposal is confirmed, Application form to be filled by the customer.(*3)

*1 Immediate family members include parents, spouse, siblings and children
*2 Applicant must be residing at provided address
